Sarabsri Kaur

Her approach

Awareness that belongs in everyday life.

Sarabsri developed her practice through the Mindful Awareness Research Center at UCLA, Buddhist and Vedic meditation traditions, and silent retreats and meditation centres across Asia and Europe.

From this learning, she created a curriculum rooted in scientific, secular mindfulness. Her sessions use meditation, poetry, art and life stories to make awareness practical, reflective and relevant to everyday experience.

Before teaching mindfulness full time, Sarabsri lectured in English Literature and directed The Training Cafe, an initiative supporting mindfulness, compassion and communication among underserved, rural and differently paced learners. She has spent more than 15 years in education, advancing social-emotional learning through contemporary and traditional wisdom practices.

What she offers

Practice for the whole of life.
